little berry pilates - SOUTH BANK

Kiss the Berry is passionate about inspiring our berry fans to get active, at all ages! In collaboration with Kids Heart Pilates, we are hosting a kids pilates class in the heart of South Bank. It is the perfect way to keep the kids entertained while on school holidays.

This event is designed for parents and their kids to enjoy together and is targeting at kids aged between 4 and 8 years old.

The workout will take place for 30 mins and will be followed by a Q&A with Liz Dawson. Liz Dawson is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Pilates instructor and owner and director of Kids Heart Pilates & Northside Allied Health.

 

Sand, Sea, Sweat - Burleigh Heads

We invite you to gather, raise your mood and your heart rate with the team from ACTV and our Burleigh Berries. Join us on the beach in Burleigh Heads to endure a full body workout designed by ACTV, a community-based gym with a strong focus on phenomenal programming and goal driven training, followed by a well-deserved stretch session.

All attendees will be rewarded for their hard work with platters of our nutritious housemate goodies. Kiss The Berry & 12 Round Fitness South Brisbane are joining forces this month to bring you a 12RND workout in our very own backyard. 12RND workouts are designed around 12 round boxing contest and combine functional strength and cardio exercises with boxing skills and drills - with a dynamic, new program every day. Its fast and never boring and this outdoor excursion is no exception.

Your ticket purchase cost in completely redeemable on any bowl, smoothie or coffee to refuel with after your 45-minute workout with a post-session bowl or smoothie.

BENDS, BOOTIES & BOWLS  - SOUTH BANK

We are so excited to be working with Bend & Fly, West End. Join us for a beautiful yoga class & stretch in the heart of the South Bank Parklands. What better way to start a weekend!

This class is designed for all levels of flexibility and experience. All you need to bring is you and a water bottle, we will take care of the rest. We have a limited number of yoga mats available for us, so bring one along if you do have one.
